A soothsayer named Madame Argentina and her goose side kick Fred begin bringing on inconvenience around Townsville. First and foremost, they set their tent on the edges of town and welcome the Mayor to an arrangement. They then figure out how to take the way to the city from him. The young ladies get some answers concerning this and attempt to stop them. Argentina and Fred escape to a remote island on a plane, sought after by the young ladies. On the island, Argentina buys voodoo dolls of the young ladies.
